What's the best help for thin hair?

I have pretty thin hair...I find it looks nice layered. It adds a little bit of body to it....and I use to always use a volumizing mousse as well. Now, I like my hair flat ironed so I dont bother so much.

Depends what kind of solution you want, long term or short term. When you wash you hair try not to use a heavy conditioner that will weigh you hair down and don't leave it on for long. When you style you hair, use some mouse or gel or even T.G.I.F. that's the brand and the name of the product is THICK. Put that on you hair and BLOW DRY!! Air drying wont give you any volume. Finally, to hold you look, lift hair while hair spraying.

Use a volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Also don't wash your hair too much. It takes out the natural oils so your hair looks flat.
