i have reallyyyyyyyyy thin hair and i really wanna srunch it but i want it to look wet and like exactly how do u do it

put extra strong mousse on your hair wet and scrunch dry with a defuser on your dryer and half way through add some hairspray to it and finish of scrunching.....

When drying dont brush it just simply use your fingers to scrunch it up. Try using a diffuser nozzle on your hairdryer. Also saltwater spray will give it a hot beach look.
