Hair Problems!! Plz Help!?

I have really long thin hair and need some hairstyling tips (cute hairstyles, good shampoo's 2 use etc.) thnx!

Hair Problems!! Plz Help!?

Three words: Mousse, mousse, mousse!! Mousse is the absolute key to gravity defying, bouncy, voluminous hair.

I have the same problem with my hair, so I use a light shampoo and conditioner by dove meant for oily hair, so it doesn't weigh me down, and always apply a liberal amount of mousse throughout my hair. Then I blow dry while holding my head upside down! This creates volume directly from the roots and makes it super fluffy and touchable.

As for cuts, I'd strongly suggest getting some layers. Everybody can afford getting layers added to their hair. They automatically add volume and fluffiness as well as a very appealing style. Long, side-swept bangs are also lovely. I have them, and believe me, they work great from distracting away from the rest of your head and however terrible it may look that day.

Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, accessories. Accessories are key to having a good hairstyle, and you should never be afraid to use them. Bows, ribbons, bobby pins, barrettes, headbands, and you name it can all be used. One good hair accessory, paired with the right cut can make a world of difference! Just try to be bold, and eventually, your natural hairstyle will take shape!

aussie. if you use conditoner, use the "3 minute miracle." it makes your hair SUPERRR soft (:

if your hair is dyed, highlighted, use Kiwi, by Matrix. it works like a dream!

cute hairstyles -

if you have straightened hair, or if you straighten your hair, then:

leave it down

put it in a messy bun, always cutee (:

curly/wavy hair -

always attractive. use "Garnier Sleek %26amp; Shine Frizz Serum" and your frizz in under control.

leave it down

half-up, half-down

curl it with a curler, to keep your curls in all day looong (:

Nioxin hair products are pretty good but can be expensive. You have to get it at a salon or order it on-line. If you want something you can get anywhere Aussie volume shampoos are really good and Target sells Matrix Amplify which is really good too. As far as a good cut, I think long layers are best. I have thin hair too and long layers have always worked best for me. Avoid one length haircuts because your hair will just lay flat and have no movement. Also, try using a root lifter before styling your hair. Best ones I've used so far are Matrix Amplify root lifter and the one by Suave. Yep, Suave. Hope this helps. :)

Use a volumizing shampoo and conditioner- only use conditioner on the ends so you dont weigh hair down. Use Got2B styltini 24 hour hair thickner and a volumizing mousse before you blow dry. flip you hair over and blow dry upside down for more volume. For even more volume, tease the roots at the crown of your head, then use a comb to gently smooth the top layer. I like a low side part and either side swept bangs, a cute barette holding bangs on the side, or hair pushed straight back with a headband. Good luck!!

this is a gr8 website u can visit for tips, styles, haircare....

even i have thin hair but they're short. i use pantene silky and shiny shampoo. the green one.u hav to use one of ur choice.pantene is good. sunsilk doesnt work 4 me. and, herbal essences is a mild one.if pantene suits u,.also use pantene 1/2 moisturising lotion conditioner of ur choice.

i'll also give u a few of my choicest tips;

if its possible for you, bend down and then brush ur hair from the neck and work ur way upwards. this does ntot damage hair cuticles as normal brushing does. this also adds volume to ur hair.

dont use too much of straighteners or blow dryer on ur hair. it dries them out.

dont be int he sun too long. it sure does make ur hair lighter, and also makes it as dry as cotton clothes.no silk! they'll also tangle inevitably.

oil ur hair to make it healthy, smooth, shiny, and silky nd soft.coconut oil and olive oil nourish it and give it shine and silk and almond oil moisturises it.avocado oil makes it shiny and moisturized.

a good recipe here"

mix equal quantities of coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil, avocado oil and warm honey.

warm honey blends into the oil or it wont.

apply this pack for the whole day. if at night, dont add honey.

wash it after the specified time with a clarifying shampoo.

this pack makes hair shiny, silky, soft.moisturised, and removes all frizz.it shud be done 2-3 times a week.

also, u can apply curd to ur hair, massage. do this half hour before a bath.

if u want to make ur hair thicker, apply two raw eggs or how many ever u want to.egg protein gets absorbed and u get thicker, softer and healthier hair.

do all of these things with a gap of 2-3 days.but do the hairpack first for 1-2 weeks.

brush ur hair bfore u sleep to distribute the oils.

if u want to curl ur hair, use curlers and leave on at night or for the whole day. its better than using heat on ur hair.
