I heve really thin hair and i cant get it to look thick no matter what i do. help!

1. Use Matrix Amplify Shampoo and Conditioner, it thickens the hair shaft and its professional hair product. You may be able to find it on sale as a bundle for $15. (Please dont use pantene, which can rough the texture of the hair causing breaks, and the last thing you want is to lose any hair). Also, after the shower, towel dry your hair, use volumizing mousse, and comb your hair with a detangling brush. Then, section your hair with a clip, and lightly blow dry your hair with a round brush. Make sure you use ionic dryers, or ceramic curling irons so you dont damage your hair by heat.

2. One suggestion I was learned over the years in working for a salon, is that lightening your hair to a lighter shade can make hair look thicker. For example, if you have flat dark brown hair, than adding highlights in the front, can have an illusion of thicker hair.

3. You can lightly tease you hair with a comb at the crown of your head to make it look rounder. Make sure to brush your hair fully before getting in the shower again or your hair may a detangled.

While your hair is still a little damp, spray the roots with hairspray (Tresemme is a good brand), then blow dry with your head upside down. This works pretty well. I've got pretty thick hair already so I've never tried any of the "volume boosting" products, but there's even a "big-sexy-hair" line of products that you might want to try (I think they are salon only).
