My hair is getting thin, what can help?

i'm 21 years old. my hair has been gradually falling out and getting thinner since i was around 19 or so. i think it has alot to do with stress from college and work. my dad is going bald but he didn't start until his late 30's and is now 46. i'm too young to loose my hair. i've seen supplements and such and rogaine but do any of these really work?

Start taking a multivitamin and an amino acid. These will also strengthen your nails. Take care of yourself and eat healthy too. A lot of people don't realize that eating healthy has a lot to do with some of the things that happen to our bodies such as hair loss or weight gain or soft nails etc... Good luck!

Of course there is always hair plugs too which are expensive and look horrible.

You can try herbal medication to get rid of hair loss. There are a lot of herbal products in market but you can try Provillus or Rogaine.

Hair loss is a wide spread phenomenon shared by many man and women alike. What better than a natural approach to treat hair loss amongst both men and women? Provillus is an all natural hair loss medication which is devoid of any harmful side effects.

Although men and women both experience pattern baldness, the typical order of hair loss or appearance is not similar. Therefore, Provillus natural hair loss medication acts differently for men and women, aiding them to treat hair loss efficiently. Rogaine (Minoxidil) medication works effectively for both men and women. With Minoxidil as its active ingredient, Rogaine is one of the most popular hair loss treatments available in the market for use. It acts on your hair follicles rather than your hair, facilitating healthy hair re-growth.

This FDA endorsed hair loss treatment for both men and women is available in the strength of 2% and 5% Minoxidil. While 2% of Minoxidil is suggested for use by either of the gender, but 5% of this medication is meant for usage specifically by men. Speak with your doctor to well-acquaint your self about the appropriate usage directions, and whether it is suitable for you or not.
